Scheduling

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial visit. This includes time for filling out new patient forms.  Some appointments may be longer or shorter depending on the individual case.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.  Drs. Masoud or Limardi believe that all patients should feel their questions have been answered adequately and their concerns addressed.  This may sometimes cause a delay in the schedule. Please remember that you, as our patient, will also receive the time you need. If necessary, Drs. Masoud or Limardi is available after hours via phone or e-mail if further time is needed.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Fridays (alternating weeks) 8 a. m. to 2 p.m.
